When I enter Auntie Náncsi’s restaurant, I immediately feel at home. The warm colours, wooden furniture and friendly staff are immediately appealing. And sitting in the garden, I feel like I’m in the middle of a big family holiday.
The menu is full of classic Hungarian dishes that my grandmother used to cook. The fried meat, stew and goulash soup are simply delicious! But what really impressed me was the homemade bread and pickles. Flavours you won’t find anywhere else! Not to be left out of the desserts: the somló dumplings and the cottage cheese choux are simply heavenly!
